It all begins now...

At this very juncture, as you read this word, we embark on a journey of outstanding significance; the rest of our lives... Also, the advent of this mostly random blog.

Time. The past (most of it anyway) is held only in memories. Some fleeting, others deeply etched but still mere memories. Granted, monumental events make history but it makes sense to avoid dwelling on them in order to focus on making newer history. #Winning as it were. The future, technically, will never reach… coz let’s face it, as long as a certain point in time qualifies to be referred to as the future, it’s always going to be a planck time (smallest unit of time ie.) away. Always. No exceptions. None whatsoever. I cannot belabour this point enough. Ok, perhaps I just did & to be honest, it’s kind of fun. Almost as fun as reflecting on & subsequently referencing what I’ve just written [You really need to try this/do it more often if it’s already a cheap thrill you frequently indulge in]. Why do I do it? I guess I’m extremely self-aware but I digress & I'm certainly not one to digress unnecessarily...

Considering all these simple facts, one question looms - what am I saying? & just as that one’s done looming, another dramatically emerges from the chasm of obscurity - What do you think I’m saying? In essence, seize the day/moment. Carpe diem as they like to sayYou don't get many chances to do it so why not start now? In the paraphrased words of Sandra & Dirk from Sheep in the Big City (episode 1, season 1), we all have but "one...life...to live."
